Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines for using our platform.
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Who we are & acceptance
fastbook.ing (the “Platform”) is operated by Kopend Holdings Inc. (“fastbook.ing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy by reference.
2. Definitions
- Provider — a business or individual who uses the Platform to offer, schedule, and accept payment for services.
- Customer — a person who books and pays for a Provider’s services through the Platform.
- Services — the bookable offerings a Provider lists on the Platform.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Provider terms
Subscriptions
Providers subscribe to a paid plan billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions may include a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Platform fees & payments
Payments for bookings are processed through Stripe Connect. Providers must connect their own Stripe account and are the merchant of record for transactions with their Customers. By connecting Stripe, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We deduct a platform fee from each booking payment at the rate shown on our pricing page or in your account.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are solely responsible for the Services they offer, including their quality, legality, scheduling, cancellation and refund policies, and any applicable taxes. fastbook.ing is not a party to the contract between a Provider and a Customer.
5. Customer terms
When you book a Service, you enter into a contract directly with the Provider, not with fastbook.ing. Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and rescheduling are governed by the Provider’s own policy, which is shown at the time of booking. We provide the technology that facilitates the booking and payment but are not responsible for the Services themselves.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on our servers. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform;
- scrape, resell, or misuse the Platform or its data.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Kopend Holdings Inc. and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as listings and profile information) and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content solely to operate and provide the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fastbook.ing’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kopend Holdings Inc. and its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your Services, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
